Company mission

Preserving professional values

Prerogativa Consulting sees legal, accounting and tax work not as scattered services, but as part of professional culture, legal order and responsibility for the result.

For us, the profession begins with respect for the state, the court system, documents, deadlines and form. Law and accounting matter when supported by accuracy, discipline and loyalty to the client's interests.

We support legal institutions and help people and businesses use lawful instruments through documents, positions, evidence, calculations and procedural discipline.

We do not accept carelessness, weak documents or lack of responsibility. Professional work must preserve both external and internal order.

Legal order

Support for lawful instruments and respect for institutions.

Loyalty to the client

Responsible support and attention to consequences.

Professional dignity

Seriousness, form, discipline and respect for the craft.

Generation

Talent reserve and school of responsibility

Prerogativa Consulting is ready to work with young lawyers, accountants, economists and students who enter the profession consciously.

We are interested in calm, disciplined specialists who respect form, deadlines, documents and the professional word.

For us, a talent reserve is not a formal database of resumes. It is a professional entry point with real work, mentoring, practice and respect for substance.

We are ready to provide training, real court and accounting tasks, work with entrepreneurs and projects where responsibility matters.

Continuity

Professional word and memory of the profession

Continuity between generations in the profession has been interrupted too often. Forms of communication changed, old platforms disappeared and communities broke apart.

The old internet preserved forums, chats, long discussions, archives and the memory of conversations.

Today much has moved into closed messengers and random channels. Professional language becomes fragmented and experience is often lost.

The forum, chat and Project Codex are elements of a professional environment where a person can leave part of their experience: a practice note, observation or opinion about a court, judge and law enforcement.

Memory ecosystem

Legal memory passes from lawyer to lawyer. What was common in 2010 is rarely used today, but people, judges, habits and professional clues remain. In difficult situations we return to roots: to past practice, colleagues' experience, old discussions, documents and signs that help find a working solution in the memory of the profession.
